I'm petty
I politely refused an opportunity to speak to my mother on the phone last night because I’m angry at her. Why wouldn’t I just talk to her and pretend I’m not angry since I know I’m going to let it go soon anyway? But the thought of talking to her right now makes me teary and slightly nauseated.
